Is Gemondo a UK company?

Yes, we are based in Surrey, England and ship our jewellery worldwide.

 

Does Gemondo have a physical shop?

At this time, Gemondo jewellery is purely online. This allows us to pass on the savings of shop overheads directly to our valued customers.

 

Is your jewellery hallmarked?

All Gemondo jewellery above UK and EU regulated weight standards are hallmarked to assure purity and quality. For more information on hallmarks and precious metal content, visit our Precious Metals & Hallmarking Information Guide.

 

I do not know my ring size, how do I know which size to order?

Why not try our free online ring sizer, simply print it out and set an existing ring on the paper to match your desired size. If you don’t mind a short wait, let us know and we’ll send you a ring sizer free of charge. First orders made on the Gemondo website will receive a free ring sizer as standard. I have bought some jewellery recently and changed my mind, how do I go about returning it?

All you need to do is post the item back to us being sure to notify us you are doing so and detail your wish to exchange or return. You can return the invoice for reference or pop a note in with your return parcel detailing your order reference, send us a quick email or give us a call. Please get a proof of posting receipt and we recommend sending via recorded delivery for piece of mind. See our returns page for more information.

 

Do you guarantee your diamonds are mind from non-conflict zones?

This is a serious human and environmental issue that is close to our hearts here at Gemondo. We ensure every supplier provides us with certified documentation that guarantees the diamonds we use are not from conflict zones. We take corporate social responsibilty very seriously and take pride in the ethics of our jewellery production. Do you offer a guarantee or warranty with Gemondo jewellery items?

We are so confident in the quality of our jewellery items, we offer a quality promise with our jewellery warranty to repair or replace within 5 years of purchase. You can find details of this on our warranty page.

 

I’ve recently signed up to Gemondo. How do you use my information?

We use your information to fulfil orders that you place with us and only with your permission do we send marketing materials.
