1) What value can I buy as a gift card?
Gift Cards can be purchased with a maximum balance of £10 to £500. As the cards are plastic credit card sized and not paper vouchers, you only need to buy one gift card. If you require an amount not in the list, please contact us on 0870 803 4366 and we will be happy to help

2) Where can I use my Gift Card?
Gift Cards can be used on www.gemondo.com

3) What can I buy with my Gift Card?
Gift Cards can be used for all purchases with the exception of discounts on charity items

4) How do I use my gift card?
Your gift card will have a code printed on the reverse.  Simply enter the code at the checkout

5) How will I know the amount the Gift Card is worth?
The value of the gift card will be printed on the reverse

6) Can I get the cash back from my Gift Card?
Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights.  The balance cannot be converted back into cash.

7) Is there an expiry period for my Gift Card?
Unless stated on the card, the card will be valid for one year

 8) What will happen if I need to exchange or return an item purchased with my Gift Card?
If any product purchased with a Gift Card is returned for an exchange or refund, any money refunded will be automatically credited to the original Gift Card.

 9) What happens if my Gift Card is lost, stolen or damaged?
Gemondo does not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards.  Gift Cards will not be replaced
