Gemondo Point FAQs

1) What has happened to my gemondo points?
a. All points accrued in original Gemondo points scheme (Scheme 1) expired after 12 months of being earned. Scheme 1 has expired and has not been active since 2009.
b. The original scheme was replaced with a voucher system (Scheme 2), a point scheme that automatically provided a voucher code worth 1% of your total order. Points could be used to get money off your future orders. Points acquired under Scheme 2 also expired if not used within 12 months. Scheme 2 is also now closed and no new points are being earned, but the points accrued prior to the closure can still be redeemed up until Feb 28th 2012. If you wish to know how many unexpired points you may have on your account, please email customer@gemondo.com
2) Will I receive anything from my built up gemondo points?
Customers will receive the equivalent voucher code corresponding to the number of gemondo points they have currently accrued. The code can be redeemed for up to a maximum of 20% of the new order value. 500 gemondo points = £5 worth of voucher code
3) Can my points be used in conjunction with other offers?
No, your accrued and unexpired Gemondo points cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
