In order to protect you and our staff we have implemented health and safety measures in line with the UK government's guidance.

Our team members are working on rotation to avoid exposure.

Team members operate at a 2 metre distance.

Masks are mandatory at all times in the workplace.

We have introduced hand sanitising stations and regular cleaning of equipment and work spaces.

Gloves are used to handle packages and returns are quarantined for one week before handling.

Returns and exchanges

Something not quite right? We can help.

Please use our free UK returns service with Royal Mail. Generate a label for your parcel here: https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/create/731

Once the label is created, fix to your parcel and take to your nearest Post Office where you can obtain a proof of postage receipt.

Please ensure you fill in and include the returns form detailing how you would like us to process your return or exchange.

Unfortunately we are not able to process exchanges on earrings but we can accept returns if earrings are unworn and unused.

Please fill out the returns form included in your original order detailing any items you'd like to exchange. Please be sure to include any ring sizes if applicable.

If there is a price difference on your exchange item we will contact you via email or phone to arrange payment. Partial refunds will be administered at the time of processing the return.

To ensure safety to staff and the public we are isolating return parcels for one week before processing. Refunds can take up to 14 days to be administered. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
