Standard UK Delivery: Dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48 which aims to deliver your order in 2-3 working days, including Saturdays. 

Expedited UK Delivery: Dispatched via FedEx which aims to deliver your order within 2 working days.

Working days are Monday to Friday, not including Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. With the exception of Royal Mail Economy 2nd Class delivery, all other services we use require a signature on delivery. If you miss the delivery, a card will be left to let you know a delivery has been attempted.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International Standard Delivery: Dispatched via Royal Mail International Delivery which aims to deliver your order in 7-10 working days. This can take up to 14 working days depending on the country and carrier. 
 
Expedited International Delivery: Dispatched via DHL Express Delivery which aims to deliver your order up to in 1-3 working days.
 
For deliveries to addresses outside the UK, the International Signed For Delivery service is our standard shipping option. Once the package has left the jurisdiction of the UK Post Office, it is subject to the delivery performance of the postal service of the recipient's country. 
 
We appreciate that delays can take place at no fault of your own and in the event of a delay we will always endeavor to get your jewellery to you as quickly as possible.
